Ok so Nana, my cousin kept on telling me I had to publish this recipe because her girl friends (she has, and I’m not kidding nor exaggerating, about 200) begged Tata for the recipe. According to them, they had never tried such a delicious mousse. The truth is, and I’m not saying it because Tata was my grandmother and an awesome cook, it is MOUTHWATERING! It is a perfect dish for whenever you are hosting guests at home, plus it is not complicated at all to prepare.
Here’s what you have to to:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Make the gelatin as the box instructs.
Moist a bowl and then pour the tuna cream with the gelatin and in to the fridge until ready to serve.
You can either take it out of the bowl and serve with toasted baguettes on the side or you can prepare them as starters.
Let me know how it went and if your guests loved it as much as we do 🙂
