My cousin Baby (Belen is her real name, but her baby sister changed it because she said Belen was her baby sister, even though she was younger jejeje) will not agree with me when I say this is the single most delicious salad Tata ever made. I say she won’t agree just because she does not like celery, but trust me my celery loving friends, you will not regret making this salad, I promise you will want to have it for dinner every single day of your life! Plus, it’s super easy! Just follow these steps:

First make sure you clean all the veggies with drinking water and a little bit of vinegar, just to make sure no pesticides or dirt remain anywhere in between the branches. Then, cut off the thick branches off the watercress and drain for a bit. I would recommend to use those salad drains that spin, it will make your life easier and you wouldn’t believe how much water it drains off the vegetables.

While you let them drain, go ahead and prepare the vinaigrette. Just add the mustard, freshly squeezed orange juice (trust me on this one, use real oranges and squeeze the juice yourself), Worcestershire Sauce, white wine vinegar, olive oil, water and mix it all together. Add salt and stevia (or a bit of honey) and add it to the bowl with the watercress and celery. Better if served cold, but if you are like me, and can’t wait, then well go ahead and eat it right after finishing the preparation.
