There is a perfect dessert for any occasion, for those days you don’t feel like doing anything, just chill at home, or for a dinner party. No matter the magnitude of the event or occasion, the Chocolate pudding is the signature dessert at my house. The reason is simple: creamy chocolatey, easy and quick to make.
This is what you need to do to spoil that sweet tooth of yours 😉
- Combine sugar or honey, cornstarch, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
- Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Add vanilla and margarine and remove from heat.
- Serve the hot or cold and decorate with whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles or even candy! Or you can simply eat it directly from the fridge!
